     The company has strong design and development capabilities, independent product design technology capabilities, sufficient hardware, and effective management models. The design and development of new products have established procedures according to five reference books including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc., and 4-5 new products are developed annually. Product design and development, mold design and manufacturing, process management, all adopt CAD/CAE computer-aided design, and can use software such as UG and CATIA for 3D modeling. The company has multiple modern level machine tools and mold processing equipment, ultrasonic welding equipment, computerized sewing machines, and multiple semi-automatic assembly line systems. The company has a professional laboratory and has purchased more than 20 first-class testing equipment such as emergency locking test bench, durability test bench, and winding force test bench, and is equipped with multiple skilled testing personnel.
